Baptist Health Medical Group Kentuckiana Adds New Providers
LOUISVILLE Baptist Health Medical Group has added new physicians and practices to its network of providers.
Brittany Chapman, MD, has joined Baptist Health Medical Group Neurology with offices at 2400 Eastpoint Parkway, Suite 430 and 3900 Kresge Way, Suite 56 in Louisville. Chapman earned a medical degree from the UofL School of Medicine. She completed a residency in adult neurology and a sleep medicine fellowship at the University of North Carolina Hospitals in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. She then completed a clinical neurophysiology fellowship on the EEG/epilepsy track at the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. She is board certified in neurology, sleep medicine and epilepsy. She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology; the American Academy of Sleep Medicine; the American Epilepsy Society; the Kentucky Sleep Society; the Commonwealth Neurological Society, and the Group on Women in Medicine and Science.
Siraj Siddiqi, MD and Brian Sosnin, DO have joined Baptist Health Medical Group as primary care physicians at 1019 Commerce Parkway in La Grange.
Siddiqi is board certified in Internal Medicine. He graduated from Marshall University School of Medicine, Huntington, WV in 1990. He completed an Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Louisville. He has been in private practice since 1993.
Brian Sosnin, DO, has more than 12 years of experience in family medicine, most recently working with Baptist Health Urgent Care in Louisville. Certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians, he earned a doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from Pikeville College School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a family medicine residency at Highlands Regional Medical Center in Prestonsburg, Kentucky.
Timothy Bratton, MD and Julie Ellis, MD are now part of Baptist Health Medical Group Internal Medicine in St. Matthews. Their office is located at 3950 Kresge Way, Suite 303, Louisville.
Timothy Bratton, MD, earned a medical degree from the UofL School of Medicine. He completed a residency in internal medicine at the Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, N.C. He is board-certified in internal medicine, and is a member of the Jefferson County Medical Society and the Kentucky Medical Association.
Julie Ellis, MD, earned a medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. She completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of Alabama-Birmingham. She is a member of the Jefferson County Medical Society.
Bratton and Ellis are joined by nurse practitioner, Jennifer Bratton, APRN, and physician assistant, Erika Ford, PA-C.
Jennifer Bratton, APRN, earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing, and a master’s degree in nursing from the UofL. She has more than 20 years of clinical experience, 10 of those as a nurse practitioner.
Erika Ford, PA-C, earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from the UofL and a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Sullivan University. She is a member of the Kentucky Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Dr. Tracey Wolford Joins CHI Saint Joseph Health – Gastroenterology in Lexington
LEXINGTON Tracey Wolford, MD, has joined CHI Saint Joseph Health – Gastroenterology in Lexington. Wolford diagnoses and hepatic conditions.
Wolford completed her residency in internal medicine and earned her fellowship in gastroenterology at the University of Kentucky. She is board certified and specializes in gastroenterology and internal medicine.
She provides services for liver, inflammatory bowel disease, and general GI issues. She can also provide palliative treatment for gastrointestinal malignancies, and is highly efficient in both diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy-colonoscopy. Additional services include upper endoscopy, capsule endoscopy, or enteroscopy, as well as Hepatitis C treatment.
Wolford is now accepting new patients. Her office is located in CHI Saint Joseph Health Office Park, located at 1401 Harrodsburg Road, Suite C-305 in Lexington.
